What major Bible prophecies still await fulfillment?

Based on all my theological studies, there is one that stands out as first in my mind -- the prophecy of Gog and Magog.

I've researched it for quite a while to see if there is anything in Judaic writing, or history, or Christian church fathers or anything that would indicate that this prophecy has been fulfilled. My conclusion is that this prophecy simply has not been fulfilled. If it has, I find absolutely nothing in scripture, religious writings or history to indicate that it has

(“Behold, Damascus will cease from being a city,
And it will be a ruinous heap.”
- The Prophet Isaiah, chapter 17, verse 1) This one seems to be coming true as we speak.

It is nice to speak with someone who recognizes that Gog of Magog is a prophecy. You are correct that it has not yet been fulfilled:

....."in the final part of the days it will occur, and I shall certainly bring you against you against my land, for the purpose that the nations may know me when I sanctify myself in you before their eyes, O Gog...
...And I shall certainly magnify myself and sanctify myself before the eyes of many nations; and they will have to know that I am Jehovah"- Ezekiel 38: 16, 23

I don't remember the Gog/Magog story.

I was thinking of the beast coming out of the sea, or wormwood. But the "stars" have been falling for a while now, meteors and the like.

There will be an Altar set up at the Temple mount, it will last for eight days. When it is stopped by world outcry and Islamic whining it will shut down in the mid week.

Daniel 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make [it] desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

This is the sign of the beginning of 3 1/2 years of Tribulation.

After this 3 1/2 years there will only be left a small remnant 1/10 of the population of the world.
Then our Messiah will return at the Mt.

Isaiah 65:21-24-

but before that, a series of things must take place

the removal of false religion the first one:

"Get out of her my people, if you do not want to share with her in her sins, and if you do not want to receive part of her plagues. For her sins have massed clear up to heaven, and God has called her acts of injustice to mind...

I don't agree with that particular link above, BUT:

There is a first century Jewish idiom that will shed much light on what Yeshua was saying to His followers 2,000-years-ago, and to us today. The Hebrew calendar is based upon the lunar cycle and consists of twelve 30-day months; with the month officially beginning with the sighting of the first sliver of the new moon. All of the feasts fall on the full moon of the month - except one. Feast of Trumpets is the only feast that occurs on the first of the month, during the month of Tishri. Before science understood the cycles of the planets and the solar system, the Israelites knew that there was a two-day window for the sighting of the new moon. The new month could not officially begin until two witnesses reported to the High Priest that they had seen the sliver of the new moon. Once the first two sightings were confirmed, the priests would sound the shofar to declare the start of the Feast of Trumpets.

Yeshua was saying that we would not know which (of the two days) or at what hour (which watch during that night (Mark 13:35)), or which year that He would come. However, He did insist that we know the times and the season. This is why He gave us so many signs to look for.

Yeshua said to 'Watch!' Matthew 24:42-43 42 “Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming. 43 But [a]be sure of this, that if the head of the house had known at what time of the night the thief was coming, he would have been on the alert and would not have allowed his house to be broken into

Yeshua used many hebrew idioms in his speeches.

These verses tell you that we will know about His second coming. If we don't take the time to understand, then He truly will come like a thief in the night.

Revelation 22:6 And he said to me, “These words are trustworthy and true. And the Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, has sent his angel to show his servants what must soon take place.

Luke 8:17 For nothing is hidden that will not be made manifest, nor is anything secret that will not be known and come to light.

John 16:13 When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come.

Luke 12:47 "And a servant who knows what the master WANTS, but isn't prepared and doesn't carry out those instructions, will be severely punished.

Luke 12:56 "You hypocrites! You know how to analyze the appearance of the earth and the sky, but why do you not analyze this present time? (Obviously we should know how to interpret for the end)

Daniel 9:23 "At the beginning of your supplications the command was issued, and I have come to tell you, for you are highly esteemed; so give heed to the message and gain understanding of the vision.

Re: What major Bible prophecies still await fullfillment?
-Destruction of Damascus
-World armies declare themselves enemies of Israel and surround her borders ready to attack.
-God comes against those who attack Israel.
-One world government (mark of the beast system)
-Third Temple rebuilt in Israel where Dome of the Rock currently exists...
-AntiChrist sets himself up in the Third Temple to be worshiped as God...
-Those still in the Holy Land at that time "flee to the hills"

*These are what first come to mind.....& most importantly...JESUS RETURNS!
