MSM calls Alabama hostage taker was a prepper!!!!

This is yet another federal government/MSM/NWO false flag. It's getting so obvious anymore.

The sad truth is that they will continue to do so for as long as we allow them to get away with it.

Of course, they have to slap a label on him to make him sound crazy.

Maybe it's time we label MSM reporters as "Communist Sympathizers".

Saw this being reported live on the news last night.

Full freaking army platoons were marching near the 'bunker'.

Now we need the ARMY for a hostage situation?

Yup it takes the army to not be able to rescue a 6 yr old from a lone prepper nutcase in a storm shelter.

Clearly we need to ban bunkers in the US! We can't allow this to happen again!

You Americans are all paranoid about everything but I guess you have a right to be. You all were asleep for so long and kept voting your destruction in since the 60's. Now its 2013 and your all just waking up to what you've done to yourselfs.

That is what worries me. All this bad press against preppers will lead to disaster for the ones preparing for disaster.

I just want to be left alone. My government made the decision fifty years ago that "the people were expendable."
We were forced to prepare for the survival of our families.

Our nation was forced into a false economic failure because our government spent trillions building and supplying their own shelters deep underground.

I hope the end comes soon...before we are destroyed by our own "protectors."

if he is truly a prepper he should be on one of the popular sites perhaps even here at glp....do you think he has web acess in his bunker? why don't we encourage a well and equally equipped "prepper" to go in and negotiate? Maybe even facilitate a rescue.?...

The mindless masses were conditioned to support going after firearms - an inanimate object - through a focused, high pressure campaign fueled by and taking advantage of fear and a lacking of knowledge.

This was the proof-of-concept for establishing, demonizing, and ostracizing "Undesirables" on a national level, supported through both the media and political outlets..

It is the next logical step in continuing the strokes of painting with a broad brush to begin to color those who believe it to be their personal responsibility to prepare for the future of themselves and their families should some event, regardless the scope or size, come to pass. This goes without saying that those of us who possess this mindset and take on this responsibility are typically also ingrained with those who believe the premier tools of establishing and continuing this element of personal security are firearms.

In a nutshell; it is those who believe it to be not the government's responsibility but their own to ensure preparations are made for themselves and their family that the current Administration knows will not go quietly into that dark night.

It is for this reason that the establishing, demonizing, and ostracizing has grown and will continue. The labeling of "Undesirables" and garnering public support for such is one of, if not the greatest tool for polarizing, weakening, and dividing a people. The people's support of these projects and programs are actually, though often unknowingly, in support of their own division and ultimate demise.

But let's not worry too much about these little news lines - the Super Bowl is just days away, and what would imprinted, conditioned, mindless masses do without their bread and circuses?

This is VERY true -

I was asked the question just yesterday "What do you prep for", as if true preppers are actually categorized as portrayed on popular television shows.

My response; "Living"

I want my family to be as cared for tomorrow as they are today. Our mantra here is "Prepare for those events with a propensity of happening in your geographic area - and you'll then be prepared should the day come that zombies begin to make their way down your street".

Where has everyone been? (Not you necessrily, OP, just in general)

Preppers, 2nd amendment advocates, vets, conservatives, small government advocates, etc. have been on the DHS terrorist list for years. Now they are just using these opportunities (or creating the opportunities) to convince the American public.

I have a theory.....

What if this guy knew something was going to happen very soon, like nuclear war.

What would you do if you knew of such a thing coming? Obviously, survival is high on the list.

The child may have been the guys son or grandson. When trying to get his own kid, the bus driver attempted to stop him. Of course both side could be justified.


Now he could be just waiting it out. When the bombs fall the cops will no longer be an issue.

I live not even 25 minutes away from Midland City in Webb,AL.. My friends aunt lives across the street..to me he was a straight forward guy... and a Vietnam Veteran but to do this just because the bus driver turns around in your yard.. is insanity..which the school ignored his several askings to stop the driver from turning around in his yard



No way the child could be related or know him when he was trying to take a little girl as hostage as well..

Anyone who legally owns a gun is a "prepper" by most people's ignorant perception. Why would you even need a gun unless you were preparing to hunt, which is iteself a prepper type activity, as no civilized human needs hunt for food these days.

Oh well, draw the lines MSM, Obaman, politicians, et. al.
