Yes, I received the same notice from Turbotax. If you ask me, this is BS! Only a portion of my refund is due to Education credits. Most of it is coming from EIC and Child tax credit. However, I can not receive ANY of it now that the IRS decided to just put the education credits on hold! Wow!! I am really angry about this.
