| Anon Astro User ID: 1132828 01/31/2013 08:07 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | ... Quoting: Anon Astro 1132828 It is still legal for disbarred attorney to defend a civil litigant in all jurisdictions. He can also have his father, his brother, , his priest, pastor or anyone else act as his attorney and it is perfectly legal. Well it is damn sure a strange first for me.. to see disbarred attorneys filing cases and representing litigants in any court. Believe it. Disbarred means nothing more than an individual cannot serve as a representative of the BAR or an officer of the court, it DOES NOT preclude that individual from practicing law. Oh i know you are right.. but considering past actions one would think a court would see an individual like this one for what he is. He was convicted of stealing retainers.. and trusts and using the money for underage prostitutes and crack. A real piece of work. And you KNOW that if his bothers in arms allowed those convictions... there was no doubt. I had a lawyer that not only stole 5000 dollars from me but acted in concert with a local prosecutor by revealing my airtight defense so he could work around it, and a bail bondsman who happened to be the police chiefs wife unbeknownst to me. The bondsman recommended the lawyer. The whole thing was a scam and they're all in it together so it's hard to get one to rat on another. |

| Anonymous Coward User ID: 33424200 01/31/2013 08:29 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | During a press conference, Sheriff David Burns and Police Chief Chris Aulbaugh said the assistant DA was heading to misdemeanor court when he was assaulted and gunned down. Quoting: CowgirlK "When you get up into the level, you are really attacking society as a whole because our whole society is based on our criminal justice system and getting our day in court," Burns said. "This is not how to handle our business." [link to www.wfaa.com] A day in court for Justice = Just-us. I don't know if you've noticed or not, but the courts aren't exactly a level playing field. With the largest prison population per capita in the world, one has to wonder if the laws are just. I have no idea what the motives were behind this, maybe someone was force pooled and had their land stolen. maybe someone was brought up on false charges. perhaps they got caught smoking something natural and had their lives destroyed. with all the injustice, one starts to wonder if this was just another criminal act by low lives, or someone who has received no justice by a corrupt use of government force. I do know how they will play this one out in the media though. A valiant defendant of the "LAW" was brutally gunned down in cold blood, and has never done anything wrong to anybody in his entire life. He's never destroyed someones life with the force of government, and he is a brilliant fighter for justice! I don't know, he might be a great guy doing a shitty job that is becoming harder and harder. I've just gotten to where I don't automatically assume that the bad guys wearing black, shot down the good guy wearing white, fighting for right anymore. It's not that simple. Keep this in mind It's ok for the government to murder, steal, lie, spy, manipulate, rig, and never answer for a single crime. ![]() Bump to whomever crafted the last sentence of that quote. That should be the quote of the millenium.Well said Sir and a salute tipping cheap Lone Star dark beer ![]() |

I know a Justice of the peace who EVERYONE openly despises and has "won" several "elections" that got 80% of the "vote", exactly. Explain that. | Dominus User ID: 509824 02/01/2013 01:07 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I previously stated they could kill 2 birds with one stone if this was a job by TPTB. The counter argument to more gun laws is enforcing the ones we have, and if this ADA was doing that, then he was working against their agenda. They take him out, and they: 1. Have another reason to get guns off of the street. 2. Have taken someone out who proves the current system works. But now I thought of another reason. The hard thing TPTB are going to have to face is convincing LEOs of all sorts and military to fire on civilians. This isn't an easy task to do . . . . unless they feel threatened by civilians. I'm thinking the TPTB will start ramping up attacks on the justice system and the law enforcement system in an order to upset the conviction of those they will use against us. Target the patriotic, white, preppers by painting them as racists with no respect for the hand that feeds them, take them out, and watch the rest fall in line with plan. The constitutions of most of our States and the United States assert, that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves, in all cases to which they think themselves competent, or they may act by representatives, freely and equally chosen; that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed; that they are entitled to freedom of person, freedom of religion, freedom of property, and freedom of the press. -Thomas Jefferson in a letter to John Cartwright, June 5, 1824 |
