...

He prosecuted a case against a Judge.

[link to www.forneypost.net]

Information going into detail about that Judge:

WHAT IF you picked up this Sunday’s newspaper and it read “Judge Orders Man Whose Child Was Kidnapped 5 Years Ago to Pay Kidnappers $10,500”? OR, “Victim Ordered to Pay Criminal for kidnapping His Son and Holding him for 5 Years!”?

What would be your reaction? Would you be outraged? Would you be incensed?

Holy shit! That is INCREDIBLE! That poor father. Sounds like this DA was one of the good guys.
 Quoting: upyoursnwo 31907650

He went where most of them won't tread. A Judge, a Dr. Usually bad things happen to those who....oh well, no need to say. People will believe what they want. Thanks for recognizing he might not have fit our preconceived notions.

Dr. for fraudulent prescription of a controlled substance (Hydrocodone).

And a couple more prosecutions:

Judge B. Michael Chitty of the 422nd District Court handed down a life sentence to Rodney Lee Luckett for the murder of 22-year-old Terrell resident Jeremiah Lee and an additional 20 years for the aggravated assault of the victim’s brother, Carl Lee, who was 20 at the time of the incident. In addition, Luckett was fined $10,000 for each incident.

“We are pleased that he received the maximum sentence possible,” said Kaufman County District Attorney Mike McLelland, who along with Assistant District Attorney Mark Hasse prosecuted the case. “This is just another in a series of convictions we’re getting that are having a huge affect in the jail. Bad guys are starting to sit up and notice: If you go to trial with us, do it at your own peril.”
[link to www.kaufmanherald.com]

The Kaufman County Grand Jury indicted Roberts on September 25, 2012, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (Section 22.02(a)(2), Texas Penal Code) which is a second-degree felony. Mark E. Hasse is the lead attorney in the case representing the State of Texas. Hasse is also the Chief Prosecutor for the Kaufman County District Attorney’s Office in the 422nd District Court.

It sounds to me this attorney was prosecuting to the full extent of the law if that case involved a firearm. The big argument is that we need more gun control laws, but the counter argument is that we aren't enforcing the ones we have. If this prosecutor is enforcing the laws we already have, he's hurting Odumbass's agenda for more gun laws. Solution: take him out. He'll die a "hero" and further the progressive agenda.

Re: Kaufman County (Texas) Assistant District Attorney - shot and killed
Kaufman County Judge Bruce Wood told News 8's Jonathan Betz that he was not working on any high-profile cases that required any extra security. Investigators are following up on his caseload, however.

However, hours after Hasse was gunned down, the Department of Justice issued a release on its website crediting the Kaufman County District Attorney's Office with helping investigate two known members of the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas gang. They pled guilty the day of the shooting to racketeering charges.

Before the release was issued, The Dallas Morning News credited "authorities with knowledge of the assistant DA's caseload" as saying he was "heavily involved" in an investigation of the Aryan Brotherhood. According to the release, Ben Christian Dillon, aka "Tuff", of Houston, and James Marshall Meldrum, aka "Dirty", both "agreed to commit multiple acts of murder, robbery, arson, kidnapping and narcotics tracking" for the Aryan Brotherhood.

Repped for the shit you have to put up with.
The constitutions of most of our States and the United States assert, that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves, in all cases to which they think themselves competent, or they may act by representatives, freely and equally chosen; that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed; that they are entitled to freedom of person, freedom of religion, freedom of property, and freedom of the press. -Thomas Jefferson in a letter to John Cartwright, June 5, 1824

Well DA's get targeted all the time..

Just image how insane shit will be when they give amnesty to them all..

All 50 million of them..

Sold out again by our politicians..

'Video from a local Convenience Store has been obtained for dedicated members of our beloved protectors in the DHS. This video contained clear footage of the shooter & the local Law Enforcement immediately recognized Mark Smith, a retired Navy Seal, known member of a local Militia group & suspected prepper. There is a manhunt currently underway & this renegade, lone wolf is a danger to Society. As Militia groups are known to protect their fellow extremists we ask, in the hope of keeping the civilized & reasonable members of the Community safe, that anyone knowing the name & current location of a possible Militia Member contact the local Authorities, the FBI or DHS. Any information leading to the apprehension of this fugitive will recieve$25,000. If you suspect someone of being a prepper or becoming involved with any potentially dangerous group, such as a Militia, consider doing the reasonable & honorable thing & contact the local Authorities. The life you save might be your own.' Something like that?

Re: Kaufman County (Texas) Assistant District Attorney - shot and killed
Updated at 3:25 p.m. by Selwyn Crawford:

Dallas County District Attorney Craig Watkins says an arrest has been made in this morning’s slaying in Kaufman.

Watkins won’t say when, where or who was arrested, however, and Kaufman officials at a 3 p.m. news conference seemed unaware of any such arrest.

“I can’t overstep the bounds of Kaufman County,” he said. “All I can tell you is that there was an arrest.”

Watkins said that because the victim was a Kaufman County prosecutor, he does not believe that office can prosecute the case and said that he would like to handle it.

“We’re going to make an offer to Kaufman County to prosecute this case,” Watkins said. “But even if they choose another jurisdiction to handle it, we will provide whatever resources or help they need since [Hasse] was a former Dallas County prosecutor.”

Updated at 3 p.m.:

Kaufman authorities have announced a $20,000 reward for information leading to the capture and conviction of the shooters.

Anyone with information can call Kaufman police at 972-932-3094 or submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers at 817-847-7522.

More on the victim from staff writer Diane Jennings (updated at 2:40 p.m.):

Mark Hasse, 57, loved flying, said his longtime friend Marcus Busch of Washington, D.C., even after suffering “catastrophic” injuries in a plane crash 17 years ago.

Mark Hasse had good friends in high places. Seems like there might be a lot of reasons someone would want to kill him.

Its a sad day for America but that is what freedoms all about; sacrifice, not living in fear, defending the public and the victims. This ADA is most probably a hero.

Remember, real crooked and dirty DAs would never stick their neck out against organized violent crime; he did! We should all be proud!

His only fault probably was in never getting married! His wife could have cautioned him to not go wandering around in parking lots in a predictable routine manner. He was alone, a lone star...!

The last line of defense for the Constitution needs men like him. Men and women who are willing to not only stand against dangerous criminals, but corruption at all levels and against attacks against the Constitution. A lesson in liberty was played out in Texas today...
