Hangover Cures - What Are The Best?

Either a shot or half a beer. Instant cure and there's a 50/50 shot you'll be drunk again. But instant hangover cure

couple of tablespoons of brewers yeast in a large glass of water, sip throughout night finish whats left in morning.

Medically,nothing. Water and time are about it.

I haven't had a hangover in a while. When I drink, I make sure to drink 2 full glasses of water before bed, and I keep a full glass next to my bed for the inevitable middle-of-the-night pee. Then I drink that 3rd glass of water along with 2 or 3 Advil and go back to sleep. Works like a charm. I don't get wasted though, just buzzed. Also, greasy food helps in the morning too. Not sure why or if it's all in my head, but junky fast food seems to make me feel better. Have fun and be safe.

Hangover means you are suffering withdraw, so you need more alcohol...

nothing can cure a hangover, not all the water you can drink, or any food.

It's not worth it, stop drinking at 3-4 beers, any more than that is poison.

Easier said than done though, but alcohol is dangerous. I used to drink a 12 pack a day for years. I quit because I was sick of feeling like crap all the time. I have no desire to drink again.

tablespoon of bicarb-soda in a glass of cordial....kills the heartburn and neutralises the acid in the alcohol

2 aspirin before bed,wake up,coffee, 3 fried eggs
2 pieces sausage,a plate of greasy potatoes and
a big bloody mary.Watch tv for awhile and then take
a nap.Wake up from nap have a couple of beers.2 more
aspirins sleep for the night next day you should be fine.

these actually do work but you need to take them as directed.. you take like 1 for every 4 drinks or something but its actually does work. they stopped selling them some places so they're hard to find now


but really why do you need to get drunk to have a good time?

also just stay hydrated so you drink... drink a glass of water for every few beers or whatever you're drinking

if you are drinking real beer that's bottle conditioned, pour the yeast at the bottom of the bottle in a shot glass and drink that. Lots of B vitamins that help prevent a hang over. Also, stay away from beer that's made with shitty adjuncts like rice and corn. This pretty much eliminates bud, Coors, miller and all that crap.

long story short- don't drink cheap beer.

most symptoms of the hangover come from being dehydrated, so make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the night.

if, for some reason, you have access to an IV, that would probably be one of the best methods of getting rid of a hangover.

someone on GLP one time mentioned being a military medic and saying that they would administer pure oxygen for about 10-15 minutes and that it would work. not sure if this is true or not...

Apples and raspberries. Neutralizes the alcohol poisoning within one hour.
