The worshipping of the owl or Moloch and Baphomet represent realities they know and worship for sure and not mere “symbols”!!!! And if you didn’t know it, the ark was INSIDE THE TEMPLE so talking about a device inside a special dark chamber overlooking the temple is absurd. In case some of you ignore it, the temple was anthropomorphous or in the shape of a human (with the headpiece on!) being like Egyptian and Hindu temples:
