It was heading for over 6 and the chart had no place to go. I wish I had of screen shot that but did see it. It shot straight up and didn't even make a soft climb. Bastards for hiding it. I got a screen shot!! OK, so what's going on? "When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable must be the truth" |

Quoting: Esoteric Morgan hmmmmmm... Hey that's weird, me too. They're still ringing a bit, but it's definitely less pronounced than usual. I've been ultra-high function today as well; my mind has been working overdrive, working on lots of formula and calculations that I'd usually find quite difficult. |

If one of Betelgeuse's poles is pointed Earthward when it collapses, ELE. We die bathed in X-Rays. Fast. Astronomers assert that neither pole is Earth-facing. Yet. The website is showing neutrons, not neutrinos though. [link to physics.stackexchange.com] Yes, true! But the sun generates neutrinos which are almost invisible to detect! The neutron is a common particle which makes up a sizeable part of the mass of most substances including you! Both are common to a nuclear reaction! It feels like we are in the tropics and our family's bodies react with hot flashes. But then again it might just be the flu. But something is sincerely off at that IZMIRAN reading. I have never seen it go that high before. But i got there and it sure is spiking, but, if you look back at the 6 month chart or year chart, there are way bigger spikes than this one...... so far anyway. |

You are however, correct about WR104: [link to en.wikipedia.org] Newer spectroscopic data suggest that WR 104's rotational axis is more likely angled 30–40° from Earth. Bullet dodged. |
