martial law in Arkansas??

Failure to ID is a misdemeanor charge in most places and can only apply if you fail to ID when stopped for a reasonable suspicion. I know it is hard to believe, but it is still not lawful to stop and ask for ID for no reason.

the problem is, You might beat the rap, but you can;t beet the ride. Meaning, it may not hold, but you will get arrested and taken in. terrible shame!

The reason they ask for an ID while "driving", is because they own it, for they issued it, when "you" went in to "ask" them for an ID. That ID proves you are part of the State, an agent of the State, and therefore all statutes, codes, etc, the lowest form of law, apply to you.

You are a Government Agent at this point, by your own consent.

You can however, "travel" instead, make your own tags, documents, etc.

Thats right, you cant, because you are already, by your own consent, a State Agent, and dont have rights, for you are working for the People at this point, and all power derives from the People.

So why are you not "one of the People" then?

If this power comes from you, that your servants have, that you have waived by your contractual agreement with them via ID, SSN, etc, they why not correct the mistake?

All I hear, is a bunch of People bickering on and on, what "they" will let, or not let you do, when "their" power, comes and derives from you, as "one" of the People. Meaning as an individual, signified by "one of".

If the power comes and derives from you, then why do you and others bicker?

Its because Americans gave up their freedom, for slavery, and masters.

Everyones rights end where someone eleses begins. So what right do you have, or anyone else, to tell me, or anyone else, what to do?

This includes political bodies, Legal bodies, or any other groups of Humans that have come together to created "states" for themselves.

This Right of mine and yours, is recorded, by thinking men, called the First Amendment, and the Right of association.

There is no clause, defining association, in the first Amendment. Meaning, depending on the individual, any, and all, associations, if they so choose.

The right of Travel is a fundamental Human Right. Meaning, the ability, common at any time, to move around on the Earth like everyone else. Natural Law.

As in Nature, Animals that want to encroach, on the territoriality, or existence, of another Animal, is going to get into a fight to the death.

Everyone wants to argue compromises and the like, but this is the buying of time, and that is all. Funny, isnt it.

Both sides have allowed each other time. For Governments, it has been a time for reflection, if they really were committed to the advancement of their plans, and the Historically known outcomes of such advancements.

For others it has been a time for preparing. On all levels.

But there has never been any real need to debate, or act diplomatically, for the minds of both sides were never going to change, nor even thought such. I should say the ones at the top of both sides. There till the end, no matter the outcome.

But the debates have just been time gaining. Filler. And the long road for many to understanding of the true nature of this Earth, and the systems in place.

The younger generations are filled with apathetic nihilist, bred from the loins of the same, but with more illusions over their eyes. Each Generation degenerating mentally, emotionally, and physically, until the imagination sees the end of this matter a few years down the road.

Mad max comes to mind, as well as others. But in this movie there was a level of organization, drive and determination, as well as intelligence, in the operations of the survivors.

I dont see that in the future, I see complete degeneration into retard land, where everyone is glossy eyed, enslaved, and skin and bones, as well as more horrific things.

I still hear many "not heres", so I will not ruin your dreams.

This is to come, unless a last effort of determination is to be had. How many more warnings of meatballs from space do we all need?
