She has a default judgment for the asking, yet she is rearguing the case in her request!!!!!

She should have learned from the case in Georgia that you should never give the judge an opening by rearguing the case!!

That gave the Georgia judge the sliver of daylight he needed to issue a preposterous ruling.

There is no way that a juge was issue a judgment on the house calling for the removal of its member for a breach of house rules.

If this woman had paid attention during her lessons in constitutional law, she should would have realised that. And she would have gone about it properly.

Of course it wass not dismissed. The judge would clearly have looked at what other options were available to this woman in seeing that her petition be heard. But can you imagine the commons during Henry's reign when they lived in abject fear of being dissolved at the whim of the king or a member of the nobility...directly or through some corrupt judge.

The legal profession in the US are probably laughing at this woman as are lawyers all across the Anglo-Saxon world. Her only saving grace is that she clearly does not understand our long march to stable government rather than government by personal preference.

He admitted he was from Kenya, and his father was Kenyan, when he ran for the Senate. He was known as the senator from Kenya. It's documented. He is not eligible to run for president, or be president of the US. He is not a natural born citizen, and his place of birth won't change that.

Not only did he subvert the election process twice through fraud, he is a non citizen whose last known real citizenship is Indonesian, hard proof is a foreign student loan, where he is listed as Indonesian.
He is guilty of treason, as well as crimes of identity theft, and mutiple counts of fraud.

You can get a summary judgment in civil issues but that is a case of one private party or group against another. These sorts of constitutional issues are a case of someone accusing the House of not doing its vetting properly. For that a judge would really not be in his league. In criminal law, to expect a summary judgment is something the state cannot do. The defendant has to be brought before his peers to reply to the charges.

Of course, in Russia things are probably different which is what Taitz probably used to. Thankfully, we have an established tradition.

And what I said was there is no point her trying as she would not get it. I also added the point that her challenging the sovereign head of the US and a member of the court of the executive in a judicial court is absurd and the equivalent of a muslim demanding sharia punishment in our courts. The Judge is in no way going for this.

Basicly he is saying, no proof is required, and even if the documents turn out to be fake, it effects nothing.

Regardless, Obama was removed from his mother's US passport in 1968 while the whole family was living in Indonesia. He likely has a Certificate of Loss Nationality of on file.

Indonesia law required women who married Indonesian citizens to aquire Indonesian citizenship within one year of marriage. They married in March of 1965 when Obama was only 3. So by March 1964 when Obama was only 4 she would have had to be considered an Indonesian citizen under Indonesian law.

Under international treaties (Hague Convention) children under the age of 5 transfer citizenship to match their parents and adoptive parents easier.

So in 1968 Obama had to get his own passport - was it Indonesian or US?
