Well then we're fucked. The Congress won't do SHIT because they are all owned by TPTB.
What the FUCK can be done about this? Hell, it can be proven over and over that Obummer is a fraud, but if the damn Congress won't impeach him then what can be done?

As a general point, banging on about his race, or the way he stands when he pisses does not help your case. No one but the pretty feebleminded would want to lay the future of their country in the hands of those who think like that. There is hard evidence. Phony social security number lifted off of a dead man, phony draft registration card using phony social security number = identity fraud for starters. The Hawaiian State Registrar has now confirmed that the BC that Obama had put on the White House website is a fraud, and that there is no proof that Obama was born in Hawaii. He admitted he was from Kenya, and his father was Kenyan, when he ran for the Senate. He was known as the senator from Kenya. It's documented. He is not eligible to run for president, or be president of the US. He is not a natural born citizen, and his place of birth won't change that. Not only did he subvert the election process twice through fraud, he is a non citizen whose last known real citizenship is Indonesian, hard proof is a foreign student loan, where he is listed as Indonesian. He is guilty of treason, as well as crimes of identity theft, and mutiple counts of fraud. No amount of proactive voting matters when the software was built to flip the votes to Obama. No amount of proactive voting matters when he receives 50% more votes than people who live in a region. Your assumptions are feeble compared to the facts.  There has not been hard evidence, but more made up claims by birthers which, when one examines the claims, are shown false (but birthers repeat bs). He never "admitted he was from Kenya." That lie is an example of one which continues to be repeated. No one shows him ever doing so. But hey... No one has said Obama's BC is a fraud. Birthers have lied about that... sheesh.. you just repeat every false claim. No go.. Both digital creations are frauds. Fakes. Hawaii have never backed either one. Especially the COLB of 2008. The LFBC released in 2011 isn't even high-school fake. Regardless, Obama was removed from his mother's US passport in 1968 while the whole family was living in Indonesia. He likely has a Certificate of Loss Nationality of on file. Indonesia law required women who married Indonesian citizens to aquire Indonesian citizenship within one year of marriage. They married in March of 1965 when Obama was only 3. So by March 1964 when Obama was only 4 she would have had to be considered an Indonesian citizen under Indonesian law. Under international treaties (Hague Convention) children under the age of 5 transfer citizenship to match their parents and adoptive parents easier. So in 1968 Obama had to get his own passport - was it Indonesian or US? Remember in 2008 current nominee for CIA had an employee involved in passport-gate. No coinkydink there... See here.
