It would be insane to discount them. They are a force as much as we would like to downplay that. They have hostile intent and have threatened us. Even if their missiles don't already have the capability of reaching us , they most likely will within the next two years.

Well you missed my point which was that there are NO innocent people anywhere. If our governments suck then we suck too. Civilians WILL be held accountable for the governments that they spawn, because we ALLOW it to happen, that is why.

IDK. I think that these people think for themselves all the time. Their whole existence is difficult. Think about how resourceful these people need to be in order to survive the circumstances they're facing every single day on top of contending with the government that's in place there. You'd have to be pretty tough and pretty sharp to avoid everything from starvation to prison camps.

U.S., China Test Interceptor Missiles After N.Korean Threat

The U.S. and China have carried out interceptor missile tests and Japan has launched a reconnaissance satellite, possibly with an eye on North Korea's recent threats of further provocations and recent rocket launch.

The U.S. Defense Department successfully test-launched a missile interceptor rocket from the central Californian coast, a press release said Sunday.

Seoul to take initiative in NK sanctions

Seoul now has the initiative regarding the process of sanctioning North Korea for any further nuclear tests it might conduct after it took on the rotating presidency of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) today for one month.

Officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MOFAT) said Friday that the status will “allow South Korea to convene UNSC meetings at any time” should the North carry out a nuclear test.
