Here is the real problem...The only reason they are letting this be heard at this level is so they can shut her down once and for all, otherwise she will go to all of the justices one by one taking up years of litigation. This way, they all hear her at one time, dismiss her, and she can never legally bring it up again.

Judge Roberts practically kicks her out of his courtroom and then forwards the case on to the SCOTUS??? Highly suspicious.
The main purpose of this SCOTUS hearing is to stop her, not hear the case.

My hope is that a couple of them will really look at the evidence and open their eyes. If they are not all aware of it already anyway.
