The only aggressors are Israel? In the Six Days War Israel was almost overrun because they were not prepared so that is not a case of being an aggressor. Today is Israel is faced with an incredible dilemma.

For instance what if the United States your neighbor to south was threatening to set North America afire and transport WMD to terrorist organization of the Montana, Washington, Idaho, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan state borders. Would you not want your countries military to act prior to these weapons being used. Take a waft of Sarin Gas or a Nerve Agent and it is too late to act.
