No, controlling the animal population so that it doesn't grow too large and starve or too small and disappear is not evil. Maintaining a balance is very moral...

Maybe they have a deer overpopulation problem? Might seem a bit harsh to have the deer euthanized after being saved and imprisoning the couple for letting it escape but I guess you can't have a deer infestation.

In your case we'll make an exception ;)

The DNR go to great lengths to count and document the heath of all the wildlife, that's how they determine the number of deer tags and bag limit for hunters...if people start fucking with nature it works against their efforts and they don't want to encourage that as it will be counterproductive.

Yeah.. because nature can't regulate itself without the help of violent sociopaths.

Whatever did nature do before government. It's a wonder life ever started on it's own.. without arbitrary law and the initiation of force.

People hunt animals for food, but without the DNR they would probably over hunt them, not because they are psychopaths, but because there would be no one in charge to count and maintain the population...
