Re: Does the angel in the whirlwind still direct this storm?
I've spoken before that in George W Bush's Inaugural speech , in a 14-minute speech twice he mentioned, asked the question, "does the "angel in the whirlwind still direct this storm?... Does the "angel in the whirlwind still direct this storm?" - referring to America. Well when I looked up the source of that statement it came from a poem by Joseph Addison and the 2nd, or the 3rd and 4th lines of the 4-line quatrain in which that statement is contained says that the "angel in the whirlwind directs this storm and he hurls death and terror over the guilty land," which we presume to be America. And so the ultimate thing would be here to ask the question, is the Bush Administration in league with the "angel in the whirlwind" who indeed precisely matches with the description of the Archons in the ancient world? And is this endeavor that we're all involved in, in Iraq, a move by these “watchers" as they are also called in the Bible... is our endeavor there a means by which we are going to retrieve this technology for them or is there some other scenario that's being painted here?

I personally think that it all relates to this relationship between us and this extraterrestrial species, our present administration is operating as minions of them, and we're all going to pay the price as a consequence of what they're doing and not telling us about.

Now if they feed off our fear, we're heading for a... a mega catastrophe, a die-back of the human species, in fact. And I have seen a pattern in the Bush Administration, of intentionally ignoring, ignoring these impending disasters when they would be easy to control and pretending that they don't exist, like global warming. It's not rocket science to begin to effectively control the emissions human beings, human species generate. But what we're not being told is that the sun is contributing to this.

==========

Well, the East repesents the Fathers house, the God of War, Mars. You push him too far and he'll slap your bitch asses back where they should be!

If Ms Liberty in the West wants her freedom, you'll have to rearrange the heavens.

You will only find peace with the Angel from the North

The [link to www.whitehouse.gov] for inaugura address 2001

Text pulled with statement:

Americans are generous and strong and decent, not because we believe in ourselves, but because we hold beliefs beyond ourselves. When this spirit of citizenship is missing, no government program can replace it. When this spirit is present, no wrong can stand against it.

After the Declaration of Independence was signed, Virginia statesman John Page wrote to Thomas Jefferson: ``We know the race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong. ****Do you not think an angel rides in the whirlwind and directs this storm?''***

Much time has passed since Jefferson arrived for his inauguration. The years and changes accumulate. But the themes of this day he would know: our nation's grand story of courage and its simple dream of dignity.

We are not this story's author, who fills time and eternity with his purpose. Yet his purpose is achieved in our duty, and our duty is fulfilled in service to one another.

Never tiring, never yielding, never finishing, we renew that purpose today, to make our country more just and generous, to affirm the dignity of our lives and every life.

This work continues. This story goes on. ***And an angel still rides in the whirlwind and directs this storm. ***
God bless you all, and God bless America.

May get more ideas with the context of which it was spoken.
Personally the guy is a puppet an I have no clue as I am sure GWB didn't when he said it........

Angel in the Whirlwind : The Triumph of the American Revolution (Paperback)
by Benson Bobrick

[link to www.amazon.com]

George Washington at Valley Forge, Benedict Arnold's treason at West Point, Corwallis's defeat at Yorktown--these are the characters and events most Americans remember from their high-school history lessons about the Revolutionary War. Yet the war itself is so removed from us in time, its villains and heroes so remote, that it fails to grasp the place in popular imagination occupied by the Civil War, the two World Wars, or even Vietnam. Benson Bobrick's fresh account of the Revolutionary War, Angel in the Whirlwind, might just change all that. The secret to Bobrick's success lies in his entertaining, lively prose, and--more importantly--in his choice of focus: this account of the American Revolution weaves the fortunes of two of its more fascinating participants, George Washington and Benedict Arnold, into its larger story. Washington's fascination is rooted in his military genius and talent for leadership, Arnold's in his flawed character. At once a fearless soldier and a greedy opportunist, Arnold's perfidy makes an interesting counterpoint to Washington's heroism.
Bobrick does a fine job of covering the ins and outs of this extraordinary war, giving readers enough background to understand the complexities of the issues that led to the Declaration of Independence by taking them through the war years leading to Washington's inauguration. Better yet, he creates a sense of the times in which these stirring events occurred, limning the details of the common people's lives and attitudes to add a sense of immediacy. Angel in the Whirlwind is popular history at its best; George Washington would be proud. --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

From Library Journal
Bobrick (Knotted Tongues, LJ 2/15/95) offers here a glorious retelling of the American Revolution, comparable to Don Cook's The Long Fuse (Grove, 1994). It brings to life the major characters of the revolution and gives readers an excellent glimpse of life in Colonial America. The scope is broad and sweeping, ranging from the end of the French and Indian War to the end of the Revolutionary War, with brief coverage of the framing of the Constitution and the inauguration of Washington. No new historical revelations are to be found here, but the work is a superb dramatic narrative and is most certainly an encouraged purchase.?Robert A.
