Vt lawmakers at it again
MONTPELIER, Vt. -
Gun control legislation is back in the works at the Vermont Statehouse.

A group of lawmakers announced legislation Friday that would ban large-capacity ammunition clips and would require background checks for people buying weapons at gun shows. The bill would also bring state law in line with federal law in prohibiting certain convicted criminals from possessing firearms.

Another bill is being proposed in the House dealing with the safe storage of firearms.

Won't happen we have some of the most lenient gun laws in the country. That and a lot of red necks. They can keep trying but it will be the death of their political career.

I don't know why all of these politicians keep trying to slip in unconstitutional laws through hook or crook. Why don't the Democrats and President Obama just man up and state they will no longer follow the Constitution or the law.

They are all feeling invincible and froggy. I say jump if your feeling froggy. Lets get this shit on and over with, I am tired of hearing them drone on and on about this shit.

Lets just have a civil war and see who gets hanged. I am pretty sure it will be the government.

Background of my avatar: [link to en.wikipedia.org]

The religion of submission cannot survive an open and honest discussion of its convoluted and foolish scriptures, its sexually perverted terrorist prophet, or its deceitful and demented god. When Western leaders become unified and resolute in their hostility to Islam's violent and ungodly beginnings, Muslims will flee the religion because they will be horrified by its endorsement of terrorism, mass murder, slave trading, plunder, kidnapping, and rape.

If Muslims & their apologists really want to cure "Islamophobia," here is an easy way. Focus their indignation on Muslims committing violent acts in the name of Islam, not on non-Muslims reporting on those acts.

Ecclesiastes 10:2 “The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left.”

We are all born ignorant, but it takes a lot of work to keep looking the other way to remain stupid.

Islam is not a race - the racism rant is lame, used by the intellectually lazy to derail the debate.

They forget that if it wasn't for the Green Mountain militia led by Ethan Allen, their laws would be coming from Albany, New York.

Absolutely, that's exactly how it works and the reason why certain protections were added to your constitution.

People are stupid and easily frightened, stampeeded and conned into things they would regret later. You an get any idiot to agree to anything if you apply the proper pressures. That's why there are some laws that have to be set in stone, that the idiots can't change even if they want to. For their own good.
