NEW HHS RULES FAIL TO RECOGNIZE CONSTITUTIONAL PROTECTION OF ALL AMERICANS: A.L.L.

WASHINGTON, DC - Today, the US Department of Health and Human Services issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding Obamacare, formally known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.


The NPRM was issued in response to massive ongoing litigation and widespread public outcry against HHS mandates that require employers to provide health insurance that includes free contraceptives, sterilizations, and abortifacients, in direct violation of our constitutionally protected right of religious freedom.

It is time for this administration to submit itself to the US Constitution, which it has sworn to uphold, and quit trying to hold the country's conscience hostage to its own agenda.

You got to understand the church institutions sold out their rights when they all signed in to the 501c tax bill. They were being greedy for tax exemptions and now they are paying the price for it.

They are all marching with the beast system and they cannot get out.Again you cannot blame Obama this was in place as the churches prostituted their way not to pay taxes.

Most churches in America have organized as "501c3 tax-exempt religious organizations." This is a fairly recent trend that has only been going on for about fifty years. Churches were only added to section 501c3 of the tax code in 1954. We can thank Sen. Lyndon B. Johnson for that. Johnson was no ally of the church. As part of his political agenda, Johnson had it in mind to silence the church and eliminate the significant influence the church had always had on shaping "public policy."

Although Johnson proffered this as a "favor" to churches, the favor also came with strings attached (more like shackles). One need not look far to see the devastating effects 501c3 acceptance has had to the church, and the consequent restrictions placed upon any 501c3 church. 501c3 churches are prohibited from addressing, in any tangible way, the vital issues of the day.

For a 501c3 church to openly speak out, or organize in opposition to, anything that the government declares "legal," even if it is immoral (e.g. abortion, homosexuality, etc.), that church will jeopardize its tax exempt status. The 501c3 has had a "chilling effect" upon the free speech rights of the church. LBJ was a shrewd and cunning politician who seemed to well-appreciate how easily many of the clergy would sell out.

why do you think preachers cannot openly talk about the ills gays and lesbians? its because of the 501c agreement.Uncle sam owns the church as well as the property the church sits on

Long ago in the biblical days believers assembled at homes for worship and prayer.

I believe with some good house cleaning coming back to the word in its entirety we will see the miracles and the healings but the house of worship is filthy and the spirit will not take residence in such

Neither the Bushes nor Obama ever cared about the U.S. Constitution. George W. called it a "goddam piece of paper," but Obama has done a better job of destroying it. It was Bush I who introduced the utter destruction (and condemnation) of it by calling for a "New World Order" which would end the sovereignty of all existing nations, including ours.

I think that Television made all this possible. Without it, people would have to think for themselves.

Its not that a church can no longer feed the poor, help their missionaries, help widows, children, the elderly, the homeless, its because they do not want to help them. They are to tied up in the things of this world/ Homes, cars, clothes, diamonds etc. etc.
According to the preachers If the dumb sheep do not tithe they cannot call God their Father, but if the greedy dogs I mean preachers does not help their flock, it is ok. Quit giving to these huckters and their money will dry up, maybe they will go get them a real job. Preachers are liars, they always lie.
