I was quite shocked when they announced physics winners for 2012. I remember saying to my wife no way. I laughed when they showed that NIST guy's pic, he looks like our cable guy. So this now makes sense. The government did what the government does best. Steal. Foreigners, students... Easy prey for pushing American gov/mil 20 years ahead of universities. They brag about their "super secret" programs all the time, and everyone admired them, wondering wow how they do it and all that... Shite, Yankees were stealing it!
