United States 02/02/2013 01:46 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Need Advice on Obama Heathcare Law Does any one know the law limit on health care, what I mean is I stay healthy and never had health insurance since I am self employed, also never needed any medical attention as of yet.. So to avoid fines and troubles with the new law and IRS can I just get health insurance but with a $10,000 deductible to keep my yearly cost very low.. ???????????? |

I am not sure there are any definite answers out there yet.. There are still constitutional issues being fought in the courts.. Some states are NOT going to set up insurance exchanges...which would put the onus back on the Federal Gov...and what the heck about the Medicaid discussions... If 47 million people are on food stamps...How are they going to pay for insurance??? Who is selling and what are the costs ?? NO INFO YET !!! Start date is 1-1-14...LOL...I would just hang tight and wait till we have some answers...Maybe the whole thing will implode |
