I think Syria will do nothing with those jets, but you miss a cpuple pf points, greek.
1 - The sophisticated syrian air defense was able to do exactly zero with the incoming Israel planes
2 - In joint dogfight exercises with NATO / USA (and that involves Greece an Turkey also) the scoring is usually XXX to 0 or 1 for the IAF. Not hard to imagine what would happen with less experienced Syrians, Iranians or also Russians

IAF is so efficient due to the extreme trainning they have. In 2006 IAF trainned with the Greeks ways to dodge the S-300.
