my family settled long island over 300 year ago.
i now live several blocks from my great great great great grandfather's house...a house written about in new york history during the 1st revolution. my family fought with the patriots back then....

this was my family back then...

there were many proud patriots from Kings county in the 1700. i now live 6 blocks from the location of the very first independence celebration back Nov 25th 1783 our country flew the first formal American flag on the liberty pole erected in the village of New Utrecht. only later did the government more this celebration to July 4th.

Upstate N.Y is closer to Canada. Folks from Long Island and NYC are considered City Folks. This gathering of concerned citizens are mountain men.
The point is laws are being passed that don't even represent the State of New York as a whole.

Once they start enforcing there will be no due process, see NDAA.

I wanted to add that the law effects the police officers as well. The Limit 7 Rounds is fine when you have 30,000 cops in NYC That is 210,00 rounds but rural areas have a few cops if that responding.
