Yes, it really is an insult, and you know that. Yes, I really have direct communication with Jesus and so does every other believer in this world that has a relationship with Him.

A similar question was asked to Jesus Himself, and here was His answer.

Matthew 12:38-39 "Then some of the Pharisees and teachers of the law said to him, "Teacher, we want to see a miraculous sign from you." He answered, "A wicked and adulterous generation asks for a miraculous sign! But none will be given it except the sign of the prophet Jonah."

Jesus answers prayers and speaks to His people on a regular basis. If He's not speaking to you, ask yourself why not?

Maybe instead of spending your time trying to accuse others you might want to try building a relationship with Him yourself and finding out exactly what He can do.
