'm no expert nor even a lawyer, but i suspect appointments that were "vetted" and voted in by Congress will still stand. If that Kenyan is found to be ineligible for president of this country, every. single. thing. he has done is NULL AND VOID. There has never been a thing like this happen here before. This is outrageous that he was never vetted. I don't care what CONgress did, it is null and void if he signed it. He is not the president and cannot sign anything. It will create a nightmare! FOR THEM! Wasn't it just last week a thread was posted stating a retired military general said he was ineligible? President Gerald Ford never served as Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives. His predecessor, Richard Nixon, was not impeached; he resigned trhe Presidency. Nixon's Vice President, Spiro Agnew, resigned first (ahead of Nixon), so Pres. Nixon had to name his replacement. It was Pres. Nixon who chose Gerald Ford to take the Vice Presidency after Agnew resigned. Then, once Pres. Nixon also resigned, Ford succeeded to the Presidency. Obama and Biden could pull something similar. With the Executive Branch under what would appear to be political pressure (name a reason, there are so many), Biden could resign first. Then, Obama would have the right to name ANYONE as Biden's replacement for the Vice Presidency. afterthat appointment was made, Obama could resign and the YET TO BE NAMED new Vice President would succeed to the Presidency. |
