Silently, gliding
Just out of sight
The marsupial stalks his prey
Sweeping and circling
Denizen of above
The night is the right time of day
Eyes now affixed
No hope of escape
With the stealth of an airborne cat
OP swoops down
To taste his first blood
That's not a marsupial, it's a vampire bat
