Google can only take you so far, but it seems that the White House post that same warning with every photo they release or declassifies, which kind of makes sense to have a legal statement since it is the government. Even if it's just to seem professional. There are other laws that allows people to make parodies of the photos, so the photo seems more like a warning against making money with it. Perhaps putting it on t-shirts and selling them. |
