That kid was a total jerk! All the other employees knew he was, too. There was NO way the GM didn't know about him, but I think he played stupid for the camera and corporate.

I'm sure he was "known" about, however, usually, they "send them for training" etc, not sack them on air.

At a time that there are so many out of work, it's great to see jerks who don't care about the customer being booted ou PUBLICLY AND ON AIR.

Hopefully someone who needs a job and is prepared to care for the customer gets his post.
