The bit watching some "patients" pissing on and raping others with no "staff" interaction, well sort of put me off a bit. Then the stories of staff actually raping, or "having sex", with the extremely medicated females with nice bodies, not so much my bag either.

I would assume, short of umerikuh, it would be the closest to hell a person could get.
