By the way some other aspects are outdated in the constitution as well oh and the constitution hasn't stopped the USA from dropping bombs on little children...and being the worlds biggest exporter of terror and hate.

So accordingly Aussie, by your logic ("some aspects are outdated"), maybe we really need a 28th Amendment, which would mitigate all former Voting Amendments by stating that you cannot vote unless you pay taxes. Don't you think that would clean up a lot of this mess here?
