It is outdated.
in 1776 guns were the most powerful weapons available and so a militia could take on the government, however, today guns are completely useless against tanks and fighter drones so the only reason they exist is to kill innocent people when you are having a bad day.
Truth.
By the way some other aspects are outdated in the constitution as well oh and the constitution hasn't stopped the USA from dropping bombs on little children...and being the worlds biggest exporter of terror and hate.
