The first part of your paragraph here is correct, but it leads to the wrong conclusion. The Constitution has one main objective, which is to stop a tyrannical ruler like Barack Obama from proclaiming himself Emperor. The fact that he has spent 4 years ignoring and violating rules in that Constitution only proves that it is still relevant, even more so now, and must be used as a shield to protect our America from a despot.
