Considering what Dollard said concerning the sun being
a transformer, receiving energy from 'somewhere'...
and... his reference to the last minimum being so weak..
and...the possibility of the upcoming minimum being even weaker..
and our gradual entrance into the 'fluff',
are they related..?
Could this 'fluff' be interfering with the sun's conduit of
the external source...?
Bleeding off energy, as it were..

There ARE 'cords' of currents that connect celestial bodies. Birkeland Currents. This is a scalar pattern, it seems, as our own magnetosphere has a connection to the sun via Magnetic Flux Tubes. So, it stands to reason that, yes, conduits are occurring through scalar forms, hooking all the way to galactic center. Even from galactic center, there are electric currents connecting galaxies, and super clusters...etc.
