The problem is, a lot of Britain's unemployed have criminal records, would you employ them?
Quoting: mm 32228659 Depends what for. Come off it, faced with prospective employees with and without, who do you choose? Its not rocket science. Hypothetically speaking. I don't care what people did in the past so long as it isn't a danger to myself, my employees or my business. Some of the hardest working people i have met in my life came from troubled working class backgrounds.
