Everything is going clearance, we are underperforming with every moment, reviews are bashing the company, work conditions are freefalling... But worst of all is management. They do NOTHING and NOTHING is done about it. You know there's a problem when district is constantly shifting around and you go a week or two without speaking with a manager. They micromanage, wanting us to sell "protection agreements" before the product! People leave in anger. Oh and credit, which is nothing more than a trap at this point, and the stupid ass shop your way "records" (rewards) can get you fired if you don't get sign ups. Another thing, there are barely sales. We sometimes stand around making $6/hr. Its a psychological nightmare. :memorybanner: |
