Every time someone with money does something bad, poor and low income people wish bad karma on them, thus adding to the poor rejects' negative karma.
Bad things then wishing bad leads to more bad. I stopped giving to charities long ago. It only takes one rotten apple to spoil the bunch and have you truly seen any on government assistance truly try to better themselves? They are ducking sheep and deserve to be trampled.

I once heard it said that if you distributed money out evenly amongst the population, the poor would soon find themselves poor again and the rich richer.
