I have known this since the 1980s, when I was searching for my roots, especially my mother's Irish side. Read the history of Ireland, and listened to Herbert W. Armstrong telling us almost the same story you did, BUT differed in that a prince of an Irish king set sail for present day Israel, met and married a daughter of king Zachariah and came back to Ireland bringing not only the 'Pillow of Jacob', but the Coronation Chair and a rabbi.

Later, when two major tribes split on a famous kings death, one went to present day Scotland, the tribe of Dan. Been there in the 1970s, and there are many places named Dan's home, etc. They had the 'Stone of Destiny' as the Irish called it ), until the English took it to London after they defeated the Highlands in battle.

I SAW the Coronation Chair IN the Tower of London, and asked the two bobbies there why it had been ruined by a steel plates welded under it ( like where the potty went if it were a potty chair ) and they replied that some Scottish students had 'stolen' it a few years back, but Scotland Yard got it back.

THEN they said it was NOT to be used again; the last monarch had been crowned that would sit OVER the Stone/Pillow of Jacob, so the beauty of the extremely carved chair was not an issue. Having worked on/with English furniture for over 30 years, I knew it wasn't English, but looked more middle eastern. The aforementioned fact that they would NOT use it again for a crowning, told me the promise to Abraham by YHEW that " There would be an unbroken line of kings and queens upon the throne, until the End Times ", was soon to be fulfilled, as Elizabeth would die in the next 40-50 years !

That happening can occur at any day now, but as my English grandfather would probably say, " God save the Queen."
