If this is the worst you're dealing with, she sounds like a pretty good kid.
Stop overreacting. Seriously, knock it off.

That's the thing though, she doesn't feel guilty. Not a shred of humility. I asked her if she thought it was worth it with all the trouble she's going to be in with the school and she answered, "I guess not" and shrugged her shoulders. Just for that, let the school punish her. Tell them to make her either work it off by doing some kind of work where she can earn the money to pay it back or something. But if she doesn't feel guilty, I wouldn't bail her out.
