We shouldn't be discussing this now that thoughts are crimes and laws prevent us from asking questions with opinions as to plausibility.

Oh I feel so dirty thinking about that. I must turn myself in right now and be re-educated to think only of whats on TV.

Nope.

There is no stupidity here when so much is at stake.

That has to be the definition of a sheep - sit there with the access and the info, and do nothing.

What she needs to do is take it to court, keep Appealing all the way to the supreme court.

See, they think a fine will keep her quiet, but if she does the opposite, make all the noise over it she can, drawing world wide attention.....the one who needs to save face will back off

Did you know that it's a crime in the U.S. to knowingly be in the presence of the President under false pretenses?

In fact it's illegal to do what was done, hence the fine.

Also, and why does no one point this out...

When a man (or in the future, woman or robot) becomes President, they're numbers are "obfuscated" so that no one can easily steal their identity, for National security reasons.

So, yes, the numbers don't match. Duh. Of course they don't. Old records have been hidden as well. The same is true of all Presidents since Kennedy. Because... People can be evil.

It's illegal to use any information to try and subvert National security folks. I know, it's a silly and overused rule, but it's a real one.

That people don't instantly understand this is hard to fathom...

The Right Policy is Always Conservative

"The danger to America is not Barack Obama, but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their President." - Vaclav Klaus

Yes. Because we all know that as soon as someone is elected President, nasty people go about subverting National security by trying to establish credit cards in Obama's name.

That would be real easy.

Most of my business is done via very high speed databases. They truly are incredible folks.
I was at a conference where these same high level databases were there as vendors.
They told us ANYONE who runs cabinet or high level ID's through their databases are immediately shut-off and their info. is turned over to f_I and S.S. Big Jail time. Not many others know this. Don't run them if you have this same access, whatever you do!! The info is scrubbed anyway.

No matter how you look at it she has a right to look up the president's ssn on e-verify.

The president is an employee of the citizens of the US, therefore she has every right to verify her employees ssn.

She wasn't fined for using eVerify.

She was fined because her lawsuit was deemed "frivolous" by a gang of criminals.

I'm not quite sure why she didn't appeal the case even higher.

Either way, this problem will only get worse and worse. The more judges Obama puts in, the more he will cover his tracks.

Soon, they'll probably be jailing people for filing suits like this.

And if he gets another spot on the Supreme Court? Lights out, children, it's over. His executive branch could do virtually anything and it won't matter because there won't be an independent judiciary to overturn it.

I highly doubt she's going to gain any ground in the judicial system. Too many people have to worry about their own reputations. As much as I appreciate what she's doing, I really don't think anyone high up enough will give her any support, as the consequences could end up very dire for them.
