I apologize, I was wrong to bring conflict here. Please forgive me, brother :-)

There is nothing to forgive.

Just don't do it now that I have asked you please.

Understood, my friend. That is the least I can do to show my gratitude for welcoming me into your temple.

Speaking of walking on water, this occured to me.. Walking on water could also symbolize being in a physical body on this earth, but not controlled by the lower desires that once had hold on us.

You bring up an excellent point, and it is even more important considering the title of this thread. Alcohol has a strange effect on the body, mind, and spirit - making us do things we would not normally do. It releases the controls we have put in place to stop our animal desires, and it often leads to no good. It is for this reason that I have always thought the phrase "En vino veritas" to be misleading - because if wine makes you do something you wouldn't do otherwise with a sober mind, how is that truth?
 Quoting: Rising Son

Absolute nonsense. The first miracle performed by Jesus was to turn water into wine at the Wedding of Galilee, so that he can bring gladness into the hearts of men.

I only ask because the day is relative to the time zone you are in, so for me, there are far more visitors in the last 15 hours of this fourth day of February than there are for you.

I can only guesstimate what that might be, but based on the rate that you've experienced (77,000) times the number of hours I have experienced in this day (15), I can only imagine there having been 1,155,000 visitors.

The discussion does not end simply because you will it to, but I believe you are still mistaken. Wine unlocks what is in our hearts, whether that be bad or good. Wine itself does not bring it in, it simply reveals it. This is essentially why Alcoholism is a spiritual disease.

Alcoholism is not a disease. Disease is not a disease when you think about it. Wait a minute, you define disease with what the pharma-medical industrial complex told you is a disease right? No doctor can cure Alcoholism.

No support group can cure Alcoholism.

The only cure for Alcoholism, is to welcome the Brother without labeling him.

Most who turn to Alcohol do so to fill a void, to mask the pain of living. Many have already suffered labels far worse than Alcoholic, so Alcoholic is quite preferred.

So, rather than looking at anyone as having a disease, first see them as well, then ask them where it hurts and mean it.
