If you want people's eyes to open, you've got to make it very simple. I'm interested in this case, but your first post seems like a LOT of work to go through. Short and sweet and to the point if you want to wake up the  ^x2.... I'm not going to sit and watch a guys desktop for 45 minutes while he explains to me the ins and outs of software.. How about "who, what, where,and when"
