Do you know what the raven symbolizes? It symbolizes demons ~ Darkness and death. The raven also symbolizes Apollo/Helios as the messenger of the sun god. The raven was depicted as a trickster or joker and it represents the nigredo state of alchemy. Negrido which is darkness is said to be the time in the process of enlightment when EROS (goddess of CHAOS) and superego are at daters drawn and there seems to be no way forward. Suddenly the darkness becomes illumination.

The power outage we witnessed was a demonstration of darkness and chaos .. it was also demonstration of as above, so below, half darkness and half light …..and then we watched them all come fully into the light.
