These kinds of shootings happen all the time. My friends in the military said that a guy in their group in boot camp shot the DI on the range with an M16, unloaded a full mag into him, nearly cut him in half. Our military is stressed to pieces and this is a consequence.
This is an unfortunate event, and it just proves that if you live by the gun, you die by the gun, never let your guard down. CPO Kyle was doing a dangerous thing, that is shooting with a disturbed person.
