No quakes in the US in last 23 hrs?
[link to quakes.globalincidentmap.com]

At the time of this posting there are no earthquakes being reported in the U.S. within the last 23 hour on the Global Incident Map.

I'm certainly no expert but this seems a bit strange.

Could it be that energy is building up for something big or just a glitch on the site?

I'm not trying to predict anything or pretend I'm knowledgeable about this, just curious.

USGS has stopped feeding globalincidentmap.com.
There have been quakes in the US, you can see at the USGS website (if its working for you)

Thank you for responding! It’s strange but when I just went to look at the USGS it looked nothing like the image you just shared. I’ll clear my cookie and such then try again. Maybe my browser is just not giving me an updated page.

I appreciate the help.hf

here is the link i took the screenshot from:

[link to earthquake.usgs.gov]

It is showing by default all quakes 2,5M+. To see the smaller quakes you have to change the view in the Data Feed field top left

Ahh, thank you so much! I'm feeling a bit silly just now not figuring that out on my own.

Oh well at least I had the opportunity to learn something today.

I've tried playing with the settings to no avail. Problem seems to persist.

At least with all the other post now popping up I know I'm not the only one getting the strange reading.

I guess the big question now is why...???
