In box 12 you'll find a new listing for how much your health insurance costs - both you and your employer. They are only "keeping track" of this now. This isn't taxable income...YET You can bet your ass it will be soon, though. Why else would they put this on your W-2? Welcome to the shithole you've voted for, America! Man, they are just ASKING for a revolt, are they not?  I just did my Taxes. This was not on my W-2. If your employer has under 250 people they don't have to show it on the W2s...YET. Everyone else does, though, so you can be sure yours has that info, they just aren't showing you yet. I'm aware of that already. Unlike most people, I actually READ the Thread before I post on it... Including the following article. I work for a rather large Tech company, and yes you could say we have 250+ as we have offices in several cities and several states. Box 12 on my W-2 was blank. No numbers... no "DD"... Nothing. So. Yes.  It does not start until 2014!
