Maybe Neem, Tea-tree Oil, or Coconut oil. Keep the area dry and free of chemical soaps.
Is it bar-rot or Eczema? Get away from all chemicals, wear gloves when doing the dishes.
Parasitic Cleanse, Heavy Metal Detox, probiotic Acidophilus, and others.
Again, I do not know. It may be best to search the words individually with the word Eczema.

No natural remedies I know of other than 1% cortisone cream.
Smack it down 2-3x a day with it.

I've had a complex hyper-immune problem ever since a severe reaction to cephalexin which destroyed epithelium inside & outside skin and digestive tract. I'll never stop being sensitive to chemicals, food and pesticides now. Thanks brain dead doctor, funny how this version of it was pulled out of production. Ruined my life & longevity. Stay away from the creams marketed for eczema.

I cured mine by switching to natural soap/shampoo and added in one product at a time to see if there is a reaction. I was able to isolate one chemical that I am sensitive to, so now I just avoid it. I cannot use most lotions, or chapstick or blistex.

sounds weird but i've seen online many times people saying that if you put your saliva on it, it will cure it. they say to do it in the morning before you brush your teeth.

Come on NOW!!! Try oreganol P73 super strength, you must take at least two to four drops a day under your tongue. You can put this on your skin but it will burn. This cures from the inside out.

OP I changed my diet and no more sub-dermal eczema on my hands for over 2 years. Get a blood allergy test.

Get tested for allergies. My husband was allergic to yeast, which is in many foods as a nutritional additive besides being in bread, beer, vinegar, etc. He cleared up after eliminating yeast from his diet.

Its all the same. your just more intolerant on some other part of your body than your hands.
