EXCLUSIVE: Justice Department memo reveals legal case for drone strikes on Americans
A confidential Justice Department memo concludes that the U.S. government can order the killing of American citizens if they are believed to be “senior operational leaders” of al-Qaida or “an associated force” -- even if there is no intelligence indicating they are engaged in an active plot to attack the U.S.

Just saw this on MSN of all places. Noted that evidence is NOT REQUIRED! Do any of you out there even care? Oh I have nothing to worry about if I'm not doing anything wrong! Hey dumbfuck, we are ALL doing something wrong, every damned last one of us. Yes YOU, ALL OF YOU are terror suspects and can be executed by the government whenever and however they want! I would say WAKE UP, but it's too damned late.

Go back to sleep!

Drones are safer for the public than police helicopters...and environmentally much more friendly. Seriously, get a grip.

You guys have no problems with police helicopters, why would drones be a problem?? to me they seem like a natural evolution and the police departments would save money for the tax payer as drones are cheap to run.

First of all oh foreign one who knows nothing of our finances, these people NEVER SAVE MONEY! Their budgets only GO UP! And yes, I have problems with police choppers and they fly overhead far too often. I do not even want to go into THAT waste of time and cash, but they are all OUT OF CONTROL. I don't know what you all do down there in NZ, but I would never try to tell you how to run your country and you should do the same so STFU!

Evidence is no longer required to arrest anyone for anything. The idea of habeus corpus has been totally discarded completely across the board in the entire "criminal justice" syatem in the United States. That gold fringe around the flag in the courtroom means something, it isn't ornamental. Look up what it means!

I had a top notch "superlawyer" who I retained to defend me in a completely baseless charge where the alleged "victim" admitted to being coached on who to incriminate and who failed utterly to describe me tell me that it was no longer possible to file a motion for dismissal of a criminal charge based on the lack of any evidence. He is an old school lawyer and said he was shocked by what was going on in the US. He said it was even possible the judge could secretly instruct the jury to remain in deliberation until they agreed to vote guilty.

He also told me the grand juries were being instructed to rubber stamp indictments and not even being shown any evidence at all, just instructed to indict everyone who is charged that has shown any signs of resistance to the jew world odor on the pretext that they are not covered by constitutional law because of said resistance. Of course there are exceptions, like for instance if the person charged is found to be a part of the conspiracy.

I think when they took tanks and incinerated dozens of innocent children in Waco live on CNN and shot people as they came out to surrender, they pretty much were announcing that. Forget about Presidents and blaming what is going on on one of them, there hasn't been a real president since Kennedy was murdered by the jew whirled odor.

Obama was selected because he very efficiently created schism along geographic lines mostly based on racism. The south may rise again but it will be knocked down like a drunken whore by a pissed off pimp.

I know most people are afraid to even say anything about 'politics' or what is going on, they act as if they have been hypnotized not to question anything the government does. But the encouraging thing is that the people who can make a difference don't cower so easily and they are stocking up on weapons and ammunition because they know what is coming. That is why the government dried up the ammo supply.
