Here's how it's gonna work...

You (for instance) are deemed to be a person who knows too much.

So the American Defense Force will track down Al Qaeda "TERRORISTS" who happen to be down the street from where you are. So they send a drone to kill them.

As it is, they fire at the "TERRORISTS" and inadvertently kill you as an innocent bystander (collateral damage).

The "TERRORISTS" somehow escape, and after your funeral and burial, your family will receive an award in your honor for your effort in attempting to assist the military in killing or capturing "TERRORISTS!" (And don't forget, they can always claim that 10 or 20 "TERRORISTS" were killed in the drone stike!- Who would know???)
