This pisses me off.

These people are clear enemies of the republic and the U.S. Constitution.

Re: BREAKING: Justice Department memo reveals legal case for drone strikes on Americans!
Brennan was the first administration official to publicly acknowledge drone strikes in a speech last year, calling them “consistent with the inherent right of self-defense.”

So, they can use the drones to take out Americans who they feel pose a threat. No indictment or charges needed. Looks like they have their bases covered. Go to camp (NDAA) or get droned out.

Like I posted in the other thread with the same title

Drones are safer for the public than police helicopters...and environmentally much more friendly. Seriously, get a grip.

You guys have no problems with police helicopters, why would drones be a problem?? to me they seem like a natural evolution and the police departments would save money for the tax payer as drones are cheap to run.
-------------------------------------------------------------

Police helicopters have been part of our world for decades, what makes you think that drones are not the best replacement?

A drone is CHEAP and does not pollute the environment like conventional helicopters do.

Good article considering the source.
Here's a little more. Apparently it's not assassination, it's self defense...

“A lawful killing in self-defense is not an assassination,” the white paper reads. “In the Department’s view, a lethal operation conducted against a U.S. citizen whose conduct poses an imminent threat of violent attack against the United States would be a legitimate act of national self-defense that would not violate the assassination ban. Similarly, the use of lethal force, consistent with the laws of war, against an individual who is a legitimate military target would be lawful and would not violate the assassination ban.”

The crazy thing is that somehow a memo can even legalize and justify assassination, er, targeted killings , of American citizens and everyone else buys it. That you could even propose this and have it taken seriously is the scariest part, IMHO.

Since when does writing shit on paper make it ok? Why does it hold any weight at all?

First to go-everyone who does not pay their $50 an ounce marijuana tax.

Then the tobacco smokers. Those will be easy, they cluster outside during breaks.

They can figure out some way to sense alcohol from the air, and take a drunk drivers. Or drivers who use way too much Axe.

The possibilities are endless!

stipulations for contract law include, full disclosure of all stipulations and clauses, there has to be a mark of consent as in a signature, and at any time the terms of the contract can be modified, by either party of the contract, at any time during the contract, and the contract is only still binding by mutual consent by both parties after such modifications.

if any contract does not meet those requirements, then it is null and void. this includes any communist superimpositions via color of commercial law.

these maxims are well established, in, and with reason and logic, as history attests to, via documents like the magna carta.

at birth, there is no way for any of the requirements for contract law to be met, as is self evident by the fact that you are a child, and have no understanding of what the hell is going on, much less legal trickery and framework.

there is no such thing as a social contract entered into at birth. it is even more fictitious than GOV CORP. and even if there was, according to contract law itself, you have the right to modify the contract, even null and void it.

more imaginations of men, that have been veiled upon humanity for profits and gain.

Does the US Constitution extend to those outside of the US? And if a US citizen is found to be committing acts of war against the US, surely none can argue they have any protection under it?

However.. if they had protection in the first place, how can they be deemed not to after the fact without due process?

That sure cover's a lot of ground,so basically the government can put out the kill order on anyone seen as a 'threat'.

Sorry to burst your bubble folks - but ALL governments absolutely need to be able to kill anyone they deem is sufficiently dangerous to the national interests.

It is only within the artificial bubble of civil society that the legal system operates - same situation as 'international law' really.

Your only safeguard as citizens is to make sure you elect decent honorable moral people - which you have failed to do.........................so basically you are fucked.

Alll the misdirection and hoopla over the yrs about the nast old CIA running amock with death squads was put up by the Marxists and Commies because they hadn't taken over the system yet - now they have - all the lefty idiots are going to be all for, bumping off terrorist and dangerous subversives - (so long as they are the Christian Patriot variety)
