So Mr Nugent thinks we should weed out the nuts in our society but he adamantly opposes background checks to possibly prevent them buying guns.....real clear reasoning there.

Same for criminals in his opinion, no background checks to find those with criminal records? Surely a more clear headed advocate than this guy could be found.

i will give Morgan one point, Nugent opposing background checks is nuts.

O, he's much farther away then that, he's 'controlled opposition', he's a pawn. If he believes in the Tucson, Aurora, Newtown, shootings. Just how dumb does that make him? Or is he just helping and pushing the idea the shootings happened as the public has been told.

They already do background checks for felons. Out of the 148,000 felons found to be trying to buy a weapon they went after only 4% of them. We have safe guards in place but the law enforcement community doesn't do a very good job in tracking down these types of buys.

As far as I know all of the recent mass shooters are/were mentally unstable, on psycotropic medicine and played video games as well as oddities or outcasts in thier respective community.

As real as wwf wrestling.

And aligned with the Progressive / Liberal movement in some fashion.

I caught this too... but I think the new background law that is proposed by Obammer includes registration... so when he says he is against that, he is not against background checks to keep the nuts and criminals away from guns, he is against the law that includes registrations..

OTOH, he also wants violent felons lockec up for good, and nuts put a way for good... and if that were to occur, he would surely say there is no need for background checks.

Ever notice when there's a "mass shooting" or a "spree shooting" the democrats always want to take the guns away from the people that didn't do it...

Would almost make you think they had an agenda or something...
