They tried to kill a nation that has spirit, and they couldn't achieve it. Now, the white people are trying to kill off everybody. I love the fact that you can build the casinos on your land, and profit from the white man. I have watched a reservation that is in my area really start to prosper since they have had the casino. I am happy to see them finally be self suffficient to be able to gain their self respect back again. Oh don't think Greed doesn't effect us, hell we have our own major loan sharks, Western Sky Mutual, that is some mafia shit for real, and casinos are nice because they do bring money to the reservations, but they are still birthed in Greed. Its really fucked up though that the only thing the people on the reservations have to make money is tax free sales on cigs, booze, and gambling, I personally think it belittles our heritage by centering people around money, but most wouldn't survive without it, and if they had it wouldn't be a pleasant life. But the truth is the days of hunting and surviving are gone, and the days of the computer and cash are here and the whole world is fueled by greed and selfish gratification. Now I ask you, did we really survive? Yeah, you survived...but I guess the real question here is...did you thrive? It seems like we are all just surviving these days, and we can blame that on our "wonderful" government. We are all victims now.
